I work with people who want to maximize their potential, providing them with the strategies to build and maintain a peak performing body and mind.
Here’s what you will get from me:
Weekly face to face contact sessions, planning, preparing and reporting, physical training, nutrition plans, habit checkers, phone and email support whenever it is needed. I will listen to your needs and work with you to ease your pain. I will help you reach higher levels of motivation, mental, emotional and physical fitness, confidence, well-being and happiness in your life.
Changing habits and thought processes takes time and commitment. I only accept the most committed clients to this program and only have space for 5 clients at a time.
