…That’s why I will coach you how to implement the best habits for mental, emotional and physical fitness, provide you with the most effective exercises and workouts and advise you on the best books to read. I will support you in the areas of life you need to focus on with enthusiasm, inspiration, motivation, education and much more.

As a peak performance coach, I have worked with Entrepreneurs, CEO’s, Olympic athletes and other influential men and women, who demand more from their lives including young athletes on the GB pathway. I work with people who want to maximize their potential, providing them with the strategies to build and maintain a peak performance body and mind.

Here’s what you will get from me:

A minimum of 4 face to face contact sessions a week, planning, preparing and reporting, physical training, nutrition plans, habit checkers, phone and email support whenever it is needed. I will listen to your needs and work with you to ease your pain. I will help you reach higher levels of motivation, mental, emotional and physical fitness, confidence, well-being and happiness in your life.

Changing habits and thought processes takes time and commitment. I only accept the most committed clients to this program and only have space for 3 clients at a time. Minimum sign up is 6 months.
